Joseph G. Curatolo is a co-Founder and has over forty years of experience in intellectual property counseling, patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, licensing, opinions, and dispute resolution.

Joseph’s patent work has focused on the chemical, biotechnology, and materials science arts.

Joseph was formerly Senior Patent and License Counsel of The Standard Oil Company/BP America in Cleveland, Ohio.

Joseph has been active in various USPTO Automation and Electronic Filing committees of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Section. Joseph is also a member of the American Chemical Society.
