Salvatore A. Sidoti is a co-Founder and has near thirty years of experience in intellectual property counseling, patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, licensing, opinions, and dispute resolution.

Sal offers a unique combination of patent prosecution skills and technical know-how delivered with practical business advice. Having spent decades obtaining, enforcing, and challenging patents, trademarks, and copyrights, Sal brings a deep understanding of intellectual property law and strategies. With a problem-solving attitude and an easy-to-work-with approach, Sal is the “go-to” advisor for various innovative companies.

Sal also has extensive experience representing trademark owners in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as counseling on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.

Sal has also been active on the PCT Issues Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
