Benedict S. Curatolo, Ph.D., has over twenty years of experience in intellectual property counseling, concentrating on novelty and patentability searches and opinions, and patent application preparation and prosecution.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Chemistry from John Carroll University, Summa Cum Laude, and a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Akron.

Ben has extensive real-world research experience in the chemical and polymer arts, is the author of several technical encyclopedia articles, and taught graduate level Polymer Chemistry.

Ben holds over 40 U.S. patents and is a member of the BP America Inventors Hall of Fame and the National Academy of Inventors®.
